1. Sales: for the contract of dangerous goods (chemicals), the customer shall be required to provide the detailed information of the products, including the correct Chinese and English name, ingredient list, hazard rating, etc., and the carrier (owner) shall be consulted in advance.

2. Quotation: according to the customer's specific shipping requirements: including the characteristics of the goods, port of destination, shipping requirements, delivery conditions, and other special requirements, make a preliminary quotation to the customer; the quotation sheet includes: ocean freight + surcharge + wharf fee + customs declaration fee + document fee + Trailer fee (+ other agency fees); the quotation sheet also needs to provide general shipping information; remember never to guarantee the customer Shipping date of certificate;

3. Power of attorney: customers fill in the specific information according to the content of the "power of attorney", complete and clear.

4. Booking space and Trailer: strict requirements and pay close attention to the timeliness of trailer company;

5. Delivery and loading: a complete set of customs declaration documents should be complete, and customers should stamp their company's official seal in the documents with specific requirements

6. Customs declaration and release: submit a full set of documents to the customs, and the customs shall review the documents and goods according to the customs declaration data, conduct spot check or self inspection by the freight forwarder (at its own risk), collect taxes according to the category of goods and the provisions of national laws, and fill in the verification form, so as to facilitate the owner's tax refund after the goods are exported. If it is not qualified, the refund will be reviewed again.

7. Hand over with the owner and the agent: after handing over the customs release slip, ask the owner (agent) for the name and voyage information of the ship on the first voyage to prepare the bill of lading; check the original bill of lading with the owner (agent), pay the freight to the owner (agent) and get the owner's bill of lading (MB / L); check the bill of lading with the owner (agent), pay the freight to the owner (agent) and arrange the telex release procedures;

8. Issue of B / L: generally, after the goods are loaded into the container and returned to the site, confirm with the customer the specific requirements of B / L, that is, whether to issue the owner's B / L or the freight forwarder's B / L, and at the same time, ask the customer to provide the information about the contents of the B / L;
